This is the smallest unit in the range of wood chippers from Scanwood Solutions and is used for reducing wood (generally tree limbs or trunks) into smaller particles called wood chips. Wood chips are used for:
The Grizzly 75G wood chipper is powered by a Yamaha 12HP 1 cyclinder, air cooled gasoline engine and is able to chip branches up to 75mm in diameter. Ideal for urban tree surgeons, garden services, smallholdings, vineyards, orchards, invader bush where thicker branches and stumps are used for firewood processing. Ideal for urban and sub-urban rental companies.
The Grizzly 75G Woodchipper is a drum chipper (in contrast with our largers Grizzly range of commercial and industrial chippers which are disc chippers). The Grizzly 75G has a gravity feed and no feeder rollers. The chipper is able to chip branches up to 75mm in diameter, and the resulting chips are between 4mm and 12mm in length, making them perfect for quick compostation and the other uses above.
A diesel engine version is also available, styled the Grizzly 75D – with 9HP air cooled Hippo diesel engine. All other features of the Grizzly 75D are exactly the same as the Grizzly 75G
The entire chipper is mounted on a wheeled frame, to easily move the chipper around by hand and is CE Certified for operator safety.
Scanwood Solutions provide training and carry a full line of spares and can do repairs on all aspects of the chipper.
